Rider Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the company’s full-time/part-time rider affairs
- Formulate rider management rules • Develop a bonus plan for full-time riders and part-time riders
- Familiar with and understand the operation of the rider app
- Create a training course for riders
- Have a clear mind and be able to give the rider a relief plan in a timely manner
- Understand the road conditions of various sections
- Have leadership and communication skills, and have high execution skills
- Organize and report the order volume, feedback and improvement suggestions every week
