HR Director
Job Responsibilities:
- According to the company’s actual situation and development plan, formulate the company’s human resources plan, formulate the company’s annual salary level adjustment plan, and organize the implementation.
- Organize the formulation of company rules and regulations and implement work procedures.
- Organize employee performance appraisals, and review the results of various appraisals and trainings.
- Responsible for job analysis, job description and preparation, propose job responsibilities design plan, and propose improvement plan for the company’s organizational structure design.
- Organizing the division of labor in the department or making adjustments.
- Accept employee complaints and company labor disputes, and be responsible for timely resolution.
- Conduct preliminary examinations for lower-level positions; organize personnel to participate in interviews.
- Approve the company’s employee attendance sheet and salary sheet.
- Establish and improve the human resources management system, formulate professional human resources training, and implement and evaluate.
- Regularly organize and collect employee ideas and suggestions; establish smooth communication channels and effective incentive mechanisms.
- Strengthen ties with peers outside the company.
- Liaise with government departments and agencies on behalf of the company.
- Summarize work reports, communicate with the general manager’s office, and pass this information to employees.
- Complete various tasks temporarily assigned by the General Manager’s Office.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, must be able to speak Mandarin and Chinese typing, have a certain understanding of Chinese cultural exchanges, Malaysian Chinese are preferred.
- Proficient in office, PPT and other common office software.
- Have good communication skills, co-ordination skills, flexible but principled, careful and reliable, and clear in organization
- Experience in technology company recruitment or personnel experience in the industry is preferred
