Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle patient reception, inquiries, appointments and triage
- Handle patient follow-up, feedback, case collection and management
- Responsible for front desk charges collection
- Handling and manage cases and others documentation
Job Requirements:
- SPM or above, 1+ years relevant work experience
- Able to communicate in three languages(BM, English and Mandarin)
- Sales/beauty industry experience is preferred
- Have a good sense of service and communication skills
- Must have team spirit, be serious and responsible
- Complete adhoc tasks assigned by superiors
- Six working days system (rest on Sunday)
- Only for Chinese
