Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient reception, inquiries, appointments and triage
  • Handle patient follow-up, feedback, case collection and management
  • Responsible for front desk charges collection
  • Handling and manage cases and others documentation

Job Requirements:

  • SPM or above, 1+ years relevant work experience
  • Able to communicate in three languages(BM, English and Mandarin)
  • Sales/beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Have a good sense of service and communication skills
  • Must have team spirit, be serious and responsible
  • Complete adhoc tasks assigned by superiors
  • Six working days system (rest on Sunday)
  • Only for Chinese
